Summary
Mountain Biking in the Alps is not for the faint hearted and we would recommend that if you are solely coming to the alps for this purpose, then you are very comfortable with your bike riding capability. Instructors and Guides are available to take you out on the superb X-country tracks, about 650kms to explore, which are amazing and with the assistance of the lifts being opened from end of June to beginning of September each year, you will only be going one way and that is down..…well most of the time anyway!
